The Wave Muscat joins Association of International Property Professionals

The Wave Muscat has become a member of the AIPPThe Wave Muscat has been accepted as a member of the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP), a non-profit organisation dedicated to improving professionalism in the international property industry.

Nick Smith, CEO, The Wave Muscat, said: “Membership of the AIPP reflects the high standards we have set ourselves at The Wave Muscat and shows that we judge everything we do according to international best practice.

“As the first integrated tourism development in the Sultanate and one of the most prestigious developments in the Middle East, we are delighted to have been invited to join the AIPP’s prestigious list of members. The Wave Muscat is the first developer in Oman and one of only a small number in the region to join the AIPP.”

Based in London, the AIPP works to set standards in the property industry, improve services to homeowners and enhance regulatory frameworks.

As an AIPP member, The Wave Muscat subscribes to the organisation’s code of conduct, which stipulates exacting standards of transparency and professional integrity and requires The Wave Muscat staff to undergo specialist training.

The Wave Muscat also agrees to abide by the AIPP’s disciplinary procedures in response to a breach of the code.
