Season’s collection explores a new world of natural fabrics
At the onset of winter, Giordano prepares to warm up this season with natural fabrics for ultimate comfort and luxury to protect from the cool weather. To mark the return of organic luxe, the collection is softened by the colours of Wren, Nile blue and Harvest green, creating an authentic feel to the range.
“Warming up this season has never felt this soft and snug. We explored the possibilities of natural fabrics to enhance the comfort of winter wear without compromising on elegance. Protecting against the cold no longer means big and bulky, which falls perfectly in place with Giordano’s aim to embed fashion into everyday casual wear,†said Ishwar Chugani, Executive Director, Giordano Middle East.
This collection, Giordano displays on a wide range of coats and outwear made with high quality workmanship and top quality fabrics, primarily linens and cottons, with a washed and worn feel and detailed finishes. Cotton and wool stretched blazers and jackets, sweaters in shades of sludge grey and coats dominate the winter range. Graceful canvas and twill jackets complete the range of top layers. Splashing out with colour this winter, Giordano introduces peppy striped sweaters in combed cotton with a combination of colours.
For lighter weather, Giordano offers long sleeve tees in walnut, wren or dusty white as well as dark, clean-line shirts with tuxedo detailing. Demin, this season, comes in blue and dark indigo washes with hand crafted pocket details. A-line short dresses with denim create a chic silhouette for the ladies.
“This time it is all about naturally soft fabrics that not only look modern but will create the ultimate chic yet relaxed ensemble. Handcrafted intricate details teamed with casual cuts make this unique range the perfect choice to wrap up in this winter,†concluded Chugani.
