Phase 1 of Park Gate Residences Commenced


wasl Asset Management Group, one of the largest real estate management and development companies in Dubai, is forging ahead at wasl1 – the company’s iconic park side freehold master development in the heart of Dubai. Enabling works are now underway following the appointment of Kele Contracting for Phase 1 of the project. Hills & Fort Construction LLC is also on site managing the infrastructure for the entire development, which is taking shape as part of wasl’s growing freehold portfolio.
