In todays world we have many choices in TV entertainment. Although the list of channels is always growing my personal favorite premium movie channel has always been HBO. Channels 300 through 309 on my satellite TV offers are the different versions of HBO. The different channels include HBO, HBO Family, HBO Comedy, and HBO Signature. I love this channel because it offers a collection of new and old movies. The main channel is the source for many of the original HBO series such as Entourage, True Blood, Big Love and past programs such as The Sopranos and Band of Brothers. If I want to have a fun family movie night then I choose HBO Family. It’s always playing family orientated movies such as Night at the Museum, Inkheart and the occasional Harry Potter movie. Whenever i’m looking for a few laughs I turn to HBO comedy. Playing movies like Analyze That, Mr. Deeds, and Mouse Hunt I find it to be a barrel of laughs everytime I turn it on. HBO Comedy also plays stand up comedy specials such as Will Ferrel: You’re Welcome America. All these reasons and more are why HBO is the best premium movie channel.
