Show organisers dmg – events Middle East today confirmed that more than 900 companies will be present at the 22nd annual INDEX International Design Exhibition, the Middle East and North Africa’s largest and longest established interiors and design exhibition.

INDEX 2012 runs from Monday 24th to Thursday 27th September 2012 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

More than 45 countries will be represented at this year’s show, including national pavilions from Japan and Canada, both exhibiting for the first time at the show.

“We have been receiving increasing interest from local, regional and international companies,” commented Frederique Maurell, INDEX Event Director. “This is a testament that INDEX is a key platform for companies to share their designs and products with consumers in the Middle East. It is also another sign that Dubai still represents the regional hub for the interior and fit-out industry. The 22nd edition of INDEX is once again shaping up to be the ‘must attend’ design show for industry professionals from across the MENA region.” Oman’s Poly Products, one of the largest manufacturers of super quality bedding in the Middle East, has once again confirmed its attendance at the show – making it the longest standing INDEX exhibitor in the show’s history. Poly Products has been present at every single show since INDEX’s debut in 1991.

Commenting on the company’s long-standing association with the exhibition, Syed Anwar Ahsan, General Manager, Poly Products LLC, said: “Poly Products LLC has been an exhibitor at INDEX UAE from its inception and we have seen it grow alongside us over the years. Each time we look forward to cementing the invaluable relationships formed in years past and forging new ones. We launched our luxury Cloud Nine line at INDEX UAE in 2010 and couldn’t have asked for a better platform. We were able to introduce our product to a broad range of discerning clients and were absolutely delighted with the positive feedback received across the board.”
