A three-day nation-wide campaign will be launched next Saturday by the Red Crescent Authority (RCA), the UAE’s major humanitarian agency, to raise funds to support Syrian refugees displaced to Lebanon and Jordan by the unfortunate violence which struck their country.
RCA’s offices will directly receive donations for Syrian refugees during the SMS fundraising and advertising campaign – consisting of specially made TV, radio and print advertising- and on its bank accounts at Al Hilal Bank, Sharjah Islamic Bank, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank and Dubai Islamic Bank.
The campaign which is in response to humanitarian appeals will be coordinated with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and other international humanitarian agencies.
