Securities markets to close for Eid Al Adha

The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) announced the financial markets will close down from Nov. 15 and resume trading on Sunday, Nov. 21 to mark Eid Al Adha holiday, according to a circular No. 21 of year 2010 issued by the Federal Human Resources.

The move follows coordination with the securities markets.

SCA congratulated President H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai H. H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Their Highnesses Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates, on advent of Eid Al Adha. It also extended the congratulations to the UAE people on this happy occasion.
