Recently, tech sites and blogs habe been flooding the Web with lists of the best Smartphones. However, there are not many who take a look at the devices which did not do so well during the past year. That is why in this article we will offer you a short list of smartphones which were not so smart. All of these devices were launched in 2012. However, you may not have heard a big part of them. The reason for that will become clear to you in just a second.

Huawei Verge

Simple and easy-to-use phones are always preferred by consumers. Huawei decided to try something different by creating a mobile phone that was simple both in design and use. However, the device ended to be too simple since its performance and features were quite poor. Huawei Verge has an outdated 1MP camera and an Internet browser that will surprise you with its slow speed.

Samsung Brightside

There is nothing bright about Samsung Brightside. The camera of this “smartphone” is pretty basic and the quality of the pictures it takes is very low. In addition, its processor does not fit the big amount of features it covers. The resolution of the display is also something that can disappoint you.

ZTE Score M

This phone has a lot of unnecessary programs which only slow down the performance of the device. Also, the display is extremely narrow and takes some effort to use it.

Pantech Hotshot

Again, slow performance speeds. Another big downside of this phone is its touchscreen which is almost impossible to use. In addition, the data speeds also lack some power.

Sony Xperia Ion

This is the most popular and successful phone on the list. Even though this device was developed by a manufacturer like Sony, it still has some bugs that need fixing. Xperia Ion boosts with a 12MP camera. However, the quality of the images it takes says otherwise.

PCD Chaser

It almost seems that PCD Chaser has no battery at all. Not because the device is impressively slim or light, but because its capacity is very low. Also, the internal speeds offered by this mobile phone make things even worse.

Pantech Swift

This phone has an attractive look which includes a QWERTY keyboard and a nice purple panel. However, its processor does some pretty poor job. In addition, like most touchscreen Pantech products, the display of Swift is unresponsive.
