Emirates is conducting a re-shuffle of some of its UAE national senior managers to broaden experience and streamline commercial operations.

logo 3 Adil Al Ghaith will become responsible for Bahrain, in addition to his existing portfolio as Vice President, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Reema Al Marzooqi, Manager Bahrain, will now report into him. This is a result of the very close relationship between the two customer markets.

Abbas A Haji will be posted as Vice President, Iran & Central Asia, moving from his current position of Vice President, Cargo Commercial Development.

Omar Al Banna will become Manager Jordan, moving from a similar position in Tunisia. Emirates has been flying double daily to Jordan since 1st October, boosting accessibility to one of the most popular tourism destinations in the Middle East.

The management changes take effect from 1st November.

Emirates has been flying to Jordan since 1986, Saudi Arabia since 1989, Iran as of 1990, Bahrain since 2000 and flights to Tunis started in 2006.

With a fleet of 188 fuel-efficient aircraft, the multi-award winning carrier flies to 126 destinations across six continents.
