Foreign investors purchase AED 728.7 million worth of shares on DFM during the last week, and sold AED 800.8 million

Value of shares bought by institutional investors reaches AED 354.5 million during last week, and value of shares sold reached AED 455.1 million.

Dubai Financial Market (DFM) announced today that the value of shares bought by foreign investors, or non-UAE nationals, during last week (November 23 – November 27) reached AED 728.7 million comprising 36.2 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the period.

The value of stocks sold by foreign investors during the same period reached AED 800.8 million comprising 39.8 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the period. Net foreign investment on the market reached AED 72.1 million during the same period, as aggregate sell.

The value of stocks bought by institutional investors during last week reached AED 354.5 million comprising 17.6 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the period. The value of stocks sold by institutional investors during the period reached AED 455.1 million which constitutes 22.6 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the period. Net institutional investment on the market reached AED 100.6 million during the period as aggregate sell.
