Foreign investors purchase AED 1.156 billion worth of shares on DFM during the last week, and sold AED 1.220 billion

Value of shares bought by institutional investors reaches AED 719.9 million during last week, and value of shares sold reached AED 871.9 million

Dubai Financial Market announced today that the value of shares bought by foreign investors, or non-UAE nationals, during last week (November 2 – November 6) reached AED 1.156 billion comprising 36.2 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the period.

The value of stocks sold by foreign investors during the same period reached AED 1.220 billion comprising 38.2 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the period. Net foreign investment on the market reached AED 64.3 million during the same period, as aggregate sell.

The value of stocks bought by institutional investors during last week reached AED 719.9 million comprising 22.5 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the period. The value of stocks sold by institutional investors during the period reached AED 871.9 million which constitutes 27.3 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the period. Net institutional investment on the market reached AED 152 million during the period. as aggregate sell.
