Shozon CEO Mohammed Abdulla has announced that all listings on the platform are now free. The decision responds to job losses and financial pressure facing individuals and businesses across the UAE, and aims to help them stay active and visible at no cost.
Users can now post listings across all major categories without paying any fees. These include used cars, jobs, properties for sale, properties for rent, ecommerce, clothing and accessories, furniture, electronics, services, home and garden products, business and industrial equipment, home appliances, computers and networking, jewelry and watches, pets, mobile phones and tablets, gaming essentials, sports equipment, books, cameras and imaging, collectibles, musical instruments, baby items, tickets and vouchers, and free items.
“The initiative is open to a wide range of individuals and businesses across the UAE, including those selling personal items, car dealers, recruiters, property owners and real estate agents, as well as ecommerce sellers and small businesses looking to promote their products and services,” Abdulla said.
Beyond free listings, Shozon is also offering complimentary banner placements to businesses that need additional visibility. This gives businesses a way to reach more potential customers and strengthen their presence on the platform without adding to their advertising costs.
