The other reason to consider is the lack of transportability of trade licences. If you have a TECOM licence you have to rent in TECOM, if JLT rent in JLT etc. Until the geographical restrictions are lifted and companies can rent offices where they want to, it will always be a restricted marketplace.
Totally agree! It is complicated and often expensive to follow so many rules and regulations.
