The decree includes twelve Articles, among others, Article “4” which states that the award honors the categories and entities with outstanding contributions to international peacekeeping issues.
The decree indicates that the Emirate of Dubai is the permanent headquarters for the award and may open branches inside and outside the emirate. Moreover, the award will be managed in accordance with the provisions of this decree and its statute.
The decree is effective from its date of issuance and will be published in the official gazette.
