UAE Students - picture If you’re having trouble coming up with a fresh and fun activity to do with the children, here’s one great idea: take them to the Centrepoint Theatre, Mall of the Emirates to see the children’s classic, George’s Marvellous Medicine. The show starts every day at 2.00 p.m., 4.00 p.m, and 5.00 p.m from Thursday to Saturday, and is presented by the Birmingham Stage Company. The play is based on one of the most successful children’s books by author Roald Dahl (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Matilda, The Witches), who craftily combines amazing adventures, heroic kids, and a lot of black humor. What’s George medicine? The boy tries to make a medicine out of household products for his grandmother’s grumpiness. Does he succeed? Well, you’re about to find out! Tickets start at AED 120.
