First Property Buyer at Dubai Festival City Collects his Freehold Title Deeds

Dubai Festival City, the multi-used mega project of Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate (AFGRE), today handed over a luxury brand new, Al Badia Townhome to its proud owner, ringing in its first sale after the Al-Futtaim Group company announced the launch of freehold properties of Al Badia Phase 3 townhomes in Dubai Festival City.

Saeed Naderi, a Dubai based businessman, was presented keys to his 3,800 sqft, four bedroom townhome during a ceremony marking the conclusion of a transaction that was completed within a record three weeks.
