Palazzo Versace Dubai bedding revealed

Emirates Sunland Group, the joint venture developers of Palazzo Versace Dubai, and Versace has unveiled the first “fully dressed” and completed condominium residence as its showcase residence on site.
The bedrooms of Palazzo Versace Dubai suites suites are all fully dressed in a selection of light blue, lilac, cream and peach pastel silk and linen home ware ranges.
The master bedroom suite measures 380 sqft (35 sqm) and this is not inclusive of the en-suite area. The master bedroom is dressed with the most elegant of the classic Versace fabric and linen range, designed specifically for the condominiums. The master bedroom also has a grand walk in closet complete with bespoke hand laid wood parquetry.
Each bedroom suite has a stunning en-suite bathroom featuring a collection of the finest mosaic and marble designs and sunblasted glass, complete with hand laid and cut diamond lagoon green marble flooring.

Mall of the Emirates makes wishes come true

Mall of the Emirates helped put a smile on the faces of many children recently, when it donated over AED 24,000 to improve the lives of many children through Make A Wish Foundation.
The donation for this noble cause was raised through a silent auction held at the grand launch of Mall of the Emirates’ newly opened Fashion Dome on October 3rd. During the exclusive opening event, which was attended by over 500 guests, ten luxury items sponsored by Diane Von Furstenberg, Galliano, Missoni, Mulberry, See by Chloé, Versace, Sephora, Tribes, P.F. Chang’s and More Café were auctioned, with the proceeds of AED 24, 145 given to the popular charity.
The donation was handed over by Fuad Sharaf, Vice President, Mall of the Emirates to Mr. Hani Al Zubaidi, from the Board of Directors at the Make A Wish Foundation. The Make A Wish Foundation, which is also based in the UAE, is a global organisation that grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich their lives with hope, strength & joy.

Damac Properties relaunches Damac Tower in Beirut

Damac Properties has revived plans for a luxury high-rise development in Lebanon, but with a new partner in the distinctively premium label Versace.
The announcement of the Damac Tower was formally made in Beirut yesterday, and also potentially signifies the first time in 20 months that a Dubai-based developer has launched a new project.
The choice of Beirut is also fitting given Lebanon’s — and its real estate market’s — history of constantly reinventing itself through periods of boom and testing times alike.
“We feel the time is now right for the launch of this high-end product to a market which continues to show signs of buoyancy and recovery,” said Niall McLoughlin, senior vice-president at Damac Holding.
