SEHA, INSEAD tailored senior management courses

SEHA, the Abu Dhabi Healthcare Authority, has signed an agreement with INSEAD, for a yearlong schedule of training sessions for its senior management that includes daily workshops and sessions on finance, management, and leadership. The training sessions will be conducted at several places in Abu Dhabi, and will help participants apply the latest practices in management and leadership to SEHA’s operations and effectively deal with the challenges of a changing operating environment. UAE 34th on INSEAD’s Global Innovation Index 2011

INSEAD, the leading international business school, today announced the findings of The Global Innovation Index (GII) 2011 edition. Switzerland topped this year’s GII ranking, with Sweden (2nd) and Singapore (3rd). Joining INSEAD as Knowledge Partners for the report were Alcatel-Lucent, Booz & Company, the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), a specialized agency of the United Nations. The Inauguration of INSEAD’s Abu Dhabi Campus

Under the patronage of H.H. General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, in the presence of H.H. Sheikh Omar Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the U.A.E. President’s Aide de Camp, INSEAD, the leading international business school, today inaugurated its campus in Abu Dhabi with an official ceremony and witnessed the graduation ceremony of the Masters in Entrepreneurial Leadership. The programme was exclusively developed for members of the Centre of Excellence of the, General Secretariat of the Executive Council, through a strategic partnership between INSEAD and the Centre.

Following the inauguration and unveiling of the plaque, H.H. Sheikh Omar Bin Zayed Al Nahyan toured part of the 14- storey campus building on Muroor Street, which includes five floors of offices, three amphitheatres, five meeting rooms, two conference rooms, one floor of study rooms, a library, restaurant and Majlis. INSEAD to inaugurate new campus in Abu Dhabi

Under the patronage of H.H. General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, INSEAD’s Abu Dhabi Campus will be inaugurated on next Monday, 28th June 28th. The Graduation Ceremony of Masters of Entrepreneurial Leadership Programme will also be held.

Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan will unveil the plaque and tour the Campus building.

Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Mugheer Khamis Al Khaili, Director General, Abu Dhabi Education Council, and senior educators will attend the inaugurtion ceremony In 2007, INSEAD established the centre in Abu Dhabi for executive education and research with the generous support of the Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC) to develop business education across the Middle East, offering insights into advanced managerial ideas and worldwide business practices and contributing to the development of the region through in-depth research of important business topics of both regional and global interest.
