Exclusive images of Palazzo Versace Dubai Interiors released

Emirates Sunland Group, the joint venture developers of Palazzo Versace Dubai, and Versace has unveiled the first “fully dressed” and completed condominium residence as its showcase residence on site. The palatial 4,732 sqft (440 sqm) condominium, showcases for the very first time the new range of bespoke Versace designed furniture, fabrics and colour schemes, created exclusively for the Palazzo Versace Dubai resort. The showcase residence provides a unique insight into the fashion inspired Palazzo Versace Dubai Hotel and resort scheduled to open early 2012.
The new Palazzo Versace Dubai residence is designed around a majestic grand reception room and entertaining spaces, a series of private terraces, complete with four lavish bedroom suites and a kitchen/breakfast room, all finished with the world’s finest Versace designed mosaics, marble flooring, design motifs and bespoke furniture, fabrics and accessories.

Emirates Sunland Group has confirmed that its AED 2.3bn Palazzo Versace Dubai, one of the UAE’s most highly anticipated five-star hotels and high-end residences, is making excellent progress with its construction, and is now 80% complete. Palazzo Versace Dubai, which will provide an outstanding collection of private residences and luxury hotel suites, is well advanced and is fast becoming a recognisable landmark in the city.
