E-Vision announces first winner of the ‘Hummer’ promotion

American female winner drives away with the first of the three Hummer prizes in the mega-promotion

E-Vision, part of Etisalat and the leading cable TV provider in the region, announced today the first lucky winner of the E-Vision ‘Hummer’ promotion. Ms. Ronnalynn Fraser from Al Ain scooped the first Hummer prize resulting from an electronic draw held in the presence of Humaid Rashid Sahoo, E-Vision CEO and a representative from the Department of Economic Development in Dubai.

The promotion that started earlier this month is part of E-Vision’s end of the year mega promotion designed to reward customers upon their E-Vision subscription till 31 December 2009.

Lucky winner Ronnalynn, an American female, has kick started the first of the three draws to be held for E-Vision’s ‘Hummer’ mega-promotion. As part of the offer, all new customers signing up for E-Vision service automatically enter a raffle draw with multiple entries to win a total of three Hummer H3 SUVs (Sport Utility Vehicles). In addition, new customers will get free installation and a free one-month subscription.

Commenting on the occasion, Latifa Fekri, Vice President-Product Marketing, E-Vision said, “E-Vision strongly believes in bringing the best-in-offer to our customers, either by way of our diverse packages and customer-centric services or by delighting them with innovatively designed promotions with the very best in television entertainment to give a chance to win this amazing SUV (Hummer H3).”
The promotion is valid till December 31, 2009. Two more raffle draws will be held on 10 December 2009 and 10 January 2010. Customers can call 101 or 800-101 to subscribe to the promotion.
