Residents Confidence Low

The global economic downturn and the financial crisis that have hit Dubai, have a dramatic effect on its residents confidence in their own future prospective in the emirate. Until the last summer thousands of people moved here on daily basis. Dubai was the city of dreams for many all over the world, and they didn’t think twice before packing their bags and boarding the plane even without proper job offers. Nowadays, not only the number of newly arriving decreased significantly, but also the number of the departures, in many cases long term Dubai residents, increased.
