Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone (RAK FTZ) has recently opened its new Business Centre in Boulevard Downtown Dubai. This initiative is part of RAK FTZ’s ongoing efforts to enhance the one-stop-shop experience for investors in top-notch facilities that allow them to achieve their highest levels of success.

Conveniently located alongside the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, the new offices serve as a “one-stop-shop” for both existing and prospective clients. They provide a larger business centre than RAK FTZ’s previous Dubai offices, with a wider range of services including new sales, registration, licensing, leasing, renewals, company support and government services.
The previous promotion and business offices in the Fairmont Dubai hotel and Dubai Festival City closed on 18 June.

“Our move to more spacious offices, conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, highlights our ongoing commitment to provide services and facilities to our clients that are not only of the highest quality but are also easy to reach,” said Ramy Jallad, Acting CEO, RAK FTZ. “We have gathered all of the services that are currently available in our Ras Al Khaimah Business Centre headquarters, and have placed them under one roof at a prime location in Dubai. This ‘business-in-a-box’ facility allows for the smooth setup and expansion of profitable companies, in the heart of one of the world’s most dynamic commercial centres.”

Located on the 22nd floor of Boulevard Plaza Tower 2 in Emaar Boulevard, the RAK FTZ Boulevard Business Centre features a classical and modern Arabian design, projecting the free zone’s new image. The interior exudes elegance with subtle tones, dark woods and granites. Moreover, it conveys a warm yet luxurious atmosphere with clear views of the Burj Khalifa and the entire Downtown Dubai area.

“Our new Boulevard Business Centre is yet another way in which RAK FTZ gives business owners the ease of mind to focus on growing their companies,” Mr Jallad said.
