Christmas Countdown Kicks Off with 12 Days of Deals

The start of its 12 Days of Deals was officially announced today. This year, the shopping campaign will be bigger and more diverse than ever. It will cover nearly all categories and types of products available at the largest online retailer.

Amazon’s 12 Days of Deals will run between December 11 and December 22. Each of these days, the retailer will focus on a different shopping theme, like active lifestyle, entertainment, as well as on types of shoppers – travellers, hobbyists and etc.

The promotion kicks off with a Disney Day of Deals. The promotions included in it feature clothing, toys, films, music and books. While many of them will be valid only for December (Thursday), some will be available for a longer period of time. For instance, the 50% discount on Spider-Man Time Teacher watches will end on January 1, 2015, whereas the 25% price cut on select Disney toddler bedding will continue until December.

Among the other hot Disney-themed offers you will find today on Amazon.com are a 50% discount on Disney Girls’ Shoes, 50% or more off on Kids’ Disney Backpacks and 50% or more off Girls’ Frozen Tops and Tees. As you can easily see, most of the deals during Amazon’s 1st day of deals offer most products at half their price.
