Amazon seems to be preparing to organize another Black Friday Countdown campaign. The biggest online retailer hints on its website that it will roll out pre-Black Friday deals and offers on November 1.

Amazon.com is yet to officially share its plans for the holiday season. However, on its holiday gift guide pages, the retailer hints that it will announce a new Black Friday event on November 1. There, Amazon invites shoppers to come back on November 1 for new gift ideas and deals. This means that, similar to last year, the retailer may organize another Black Friday Countdown event.

We remind you, that back in 2013, Amazon.com announced its Black Friday Countdown again on November 1. The event continued until November 24 or the last Sunday before last year’s busiest shopping day. During this period, Amazon offered hot deals with discounts of up to 70% or even 80% in every products category, including electronics, toys, clothing, video games DVDs and many others. In addition, the website announced new sales for every day of the event.

Therefore, if Amazon has decided to bring back its Black Friday Countdown, it is highly likely that it will follow a similar schedule. As the retailer hints, the event will probably kick off on November 1st. This year, the Sunday before Black Friday fall on November 23, so this could be date on which the event will wrap up.

However, that will not be the end of the holiday shopping season for Amazon, but rather the start. The pre-Black Friday offers will probably be followed by Black Friday Deals Week. In 2013, it was announced on the Monday before Black Friday. This means that in 2014 this will fall on November 24th. Traditionally, this stage of Amazon’s holiday campaign features some of its biggest discounts. Still, quantities also tend to be extremely limited.

Last, but not least, last year, Amazon.com also had a Cyber Week. It kicked off a day before Cyber Monday, which this year fall on November 30th. Some of the hottest promotions during this lag of the shopping race, focused mainly on personal electronics and video games.

Here’s a sum-up holiday shopping calendar, if Amazon is truly planning to start its pre-Black Friday events on November 1:

November 1 – 23 – Black Friday Countdown
November 24 – 29 – Black Friday Week
November 30 – December 6 –Cyber Monday Week

In addition to that, Amazon traditionally organizes a Green Monday, which gives last-minute shoppers to shop on special prices. This day usually fall on the first Monday after Cyber Monday. This year, this is on December 8.

It seems that the 2014 holiday shopping season will be as busy as last year’s.
