Gitex Shopper Spring 2013 to Attract Visitors with Promotions and Deals

Technology fans and retailers are getting ready for the first spring edition of Gitex Shopper 2013. The event will take place from April 3rd to 6th at the Dubai World Trade Center.

The spring Gitex Shopper exhibition has been established under the directive of UAE’s Vice President and Prime Minister, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The show is based on the bigger Gitex Shopper event which is traditionally held during the autumn season. Like at the previous shows, Gitex Shopper Spring 2013 will be a place where technology retailers and companies will introduce their newest electronic products. In addition, the exhibition will reveal some of the hottest trends in the sector.

Many regional retailers will participate at this year’s spring edition of Gitex Shopper. Among them are E-City, Jumbo Electronics, E-Max, Sharaf DG, as well as Jacky’s Electronics. Also, these will be some world-known brands that will use the exhibition to showcase their inventions. These include names like Nokia, Dell, HP and Samsung. Samsung is also one of the sponsors of the show. The retailers will have the chance to unveil their electronics on an exhibition floor space of over 20,000 sq. meters.

Gitex Shopper is known for the fact that it not only lures visitors from the country, but also outside of it. In addition, this year the show coincides with the school holidays. As a result, organizers expect even more technology fans to stop by.

Visitors will have the opportunity to take advantage of some great offers and bargains on electronic devices and products like tablets, smartphones, gaming consoles and LED TVs. There will also be many activities for families, raffles and promotions. One of them will give away a MINI Cooper 2013 to a lucky visitor every day of the event.

Gitex Shopper Spring 2013 will be open from April 3-6 from 11 am to 11 pm. Tickets for the show cost Dh15 for a person. Kids aged five or under can enter for free.
