KIDSFEST 2013 is coming to Dubai this weekend

KIDSFEST 2013 is coming to Dubai on the Friday 8TH and Saturday 9TH March 2013 with a weekend of action packed fun for all the family.

KIDSFEST 2013 at Dubai Festival City will cater for children of all ages, featuring live shows from several of the biggest children’s character shows and a variety of Zones including an Urban Zone, Big Bounce Zone, Gaming Zone, Animal Zone, Party Zone, Movie Zone, Arts and Craft Zone and a Community Zone.

GEM [Global Event Management], a leading live event and communications agency in the region, announced they are bringing KIDS FEST 2013 to Festival Park at Festival City in the first week of March 2013.

The demand for quality children’s entertainment and activities in Dubai far exceeds the availability of such events, which is why GEM has been working with a variety of quality children’s brands and entertainment companies to bring this large outdoor event Festival City.

The festival will be split into two arenas. In the main stage arena, we will be having children’s favourites show playing throughout the day, including Angelina Ballerina, Freej, Bob the Builder and Pingu, with more to be announced soon. The other arenas will feature several different zones, each sure to attract children of all ages. KidsFest includes some really interactive areas including the ‘Urban Zone’, ’Animal Zone’, ‘Arts and Crafts Zone’ and ‘Big Bounce Zone’. Complementing the zones will be a whole variety of strolling performers, rides and lots of walkabout characters.

Included in the entertainment will be three very special events:
KIDSFEST TALENT: a talent show hoping to discover the Middle East’s next big star of the stage.
THE KIDSFEST BAREFACE MODELLING ACADEMY: looking for the latest child modelling star who has the opportunity to win the title of ‘KidsFest Face of 2014’ and will appear on the 2014 publicity campaign
KIDSFEST in conjunction with Wonders of the World will be building the Guinness Book of World records world’s tallest tower made entirely of toy bricks.
With a new venue partner at Festival Park, Festival City, KIDSFEST 2013 will take up where the Jazz Festival and 80’s Rewind Dubai LIVE concert leaves off, bringing UAE residents a fantastic weekend of fun. 7 DAYS are also confirmed as the media partner to support KIDSFEST with an extensive campaign and coverage.
