Christmas, New Year holiday package by Eastern Mangroves Hotel & Spa

Anantara Luxury Resorts Eastern Mangroves Hotel & Spa, located in Abu Dhabi is also getting into the festive spirit.

The hotel’s signature Thai restaurant, Pachaylen, will offer an alternative to traditional dinner on Christmas Eve with a four-course set menu designed for sharing.

New Year’s Eve at Pachaylen will feature a six-course sharing-style set menu where guests of Eastern Mangroves Hotel & Spa can enjoy flavourful curries, spicy salads and traditional larbs.

Ingredients, the hotel’s international restaurant, is also offering a feast for Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day lunch, with a buffet including live cooking stations, cheese wall, hot and cold Arabic mezze, sushi bar and dessert station.

New Year’s Eve at Ingredients will see a special festive twist on the regular buffet, featuring foie gras, duck and salmon rillette stations, pastry kitchen and raw seafood station along with all of the favourites.

For those looking for a more formal affair to ring in the New Year, revelers can join in celebrations at the Mangroves Ballroom Gala Dinner featuring a grand buffet, selected beverages and live band.

During New Year’s Eve, the hotel’s rooftop lounge, Impressions, with views across the mangroves, provides a backdrop for a night of fun and festivities. Starting at 21:00, guests can sample caviar, oysters, sushi and foie gras along with free flowing champagne, cocktails, wines and juices, with entertainment from a DJ.

Eastern Mangroves Hotel & Spa’s pool deck will feature a countdown laser show and champagne towers.
