The 54th Annual Grammy Awards had plenty of head-turning moments. The extremely viewed dress-up event showcased the best of designer’s talent and couture creations in 2012. Among this year’s best dressed ladies attending the ceremony are Paris Hilton, Rihanna and Taylor Swift.
The Grammy Awards, originally called Gramophone Award some time back, now is an accolade by the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences of the United States to recognize outstanding achievement in the music industry. The annual presentation ceremony features performances by prominent artists, and some of the awards of more popular interest are presented in a widely viewed televised ceremony.
The 54th Grammy Awards in 2012 is marked by the Whitney Houston’s sudden death Saturday at the age of 48 , which inspired an outpouring of shock and grief among participants and viewers.
