In celebration of one of the most highly anticipated seasons of the culinary year, Dubai’s Cavalli Club, Restaurant & Lounge patrons will be spoilt for choice with an array of dishes inspired by one of the most prized delicacies across the globe. A truffle menu developed especially for the season will be available to guests from the 1 November onwards. Served with that special Cavalli twist, guests can choose to pair their meal with a selection of grape beverages from the Dezzani winery.
The menu will feature everything from White Alba Truffles served with Beef, to Truffle Scented Eggs served with Polaine bread, Home-made Tagliolini served with a Sweet Butter and Truffle Glaze and Creamy Risotto infused with White Truffles. These simple yet heavenly dishes will be sure to impress food connoisseurs across the city.
A special treat for wine connoisseurs, producer and manager of the winery, Luigi Dezzani will be in Cavalli Club throughout the week beginning 9 November to speak to guests about the various vintages from the brand, which was established in 1934 and is located in Asti, Piemont.
A second treat on the 9 November, music will be provided by Véronique Forget. The vocalist who will sing in Italian, French and English is influenced by a number of musical styles, mainly jazz. Having performed at
prestigious hotels across the world including The Dorchester and The Claridge in London, as well as The Opera House, alongside Paradis Latin and the Lido in Paris, Veronique Forget’s smooth, sensual and powerful voice will be supported by a saxophonist and keyboard player who are sure to provide a captivating performance.
