Emaar Middle East showcases Al Khobar Lakes to students from King Faisal University

Emaar Middle East, the developers of Jeddah Gate and Al Khobar Lakes – two pioneering master-planned communities in the Kingdom – recently hosted fourteen students and a faculty member from King Faisal University, Dammam, at Al Khobar Lakes Sales Centre. The visit was aimed at sharing Emaar’s knowledge and expertise in project management, construction techniques, and interior design with the participants.
The delegation comprised students from the University’s Architecture and Planning College – Interior Design section. Senior officials of Emaar Middle East welcomed them and explained to them the various advanced construction methodologies and unique architectural elements of the project.
They also walked the visitors through “Street of Dreams†to explore the different model villas on the spot and to give them a glimpse of the luxurious architecture, interior design and landscaping aspects of the villas. The students and faculty interacted with the officials on the details of the project including interior design aspects.
Al Khobar Lakes is one of the premier lakefront developments and the largest integrated community in Eastern Province, set on 4.3 million sq m featuring 80,000 sq m of serene water bodies. It includes more than 2,000 private villas with retail and leisure amenities that are perfect for family living.
