Etisalat Services Subsidiary Achieves ISO 9001:2008 Accreditation
Etisalat Real Estate’s continued effort to offer the highest quality real estate development, project management and property management services to Etisalat and its subsidiaries, is reinforced following its’ successful completion of requirements for ISO 9001:2008 certification. Etisalat Real Estate, a member of Etisalat Services Holding LLC, completed its audit in March this year and is now awaiting the arrival of its official certificate from the international accreditation authority.

As part of Etisalat’s commitment to strive for quality services that can be delivered to a wide spectrum of customers, E-Real Estate’s ISO certification has added a new ‘block’ to the Etisalat pyramid of quality.
Subsidiaries from all markets are benefiting from Etisalat’s 32 years experience in property development, including services such as outsourced building management, advisory services and feasibility studies as part of planning new projects. This is a mission-critical function and helps subsidiaries to rapidly develop and equip their offices and technical buildings. E-Real Estate can also negotiate legal contracts for rented premises and infrastructure, using the wealth of Etisalat’s experience in 18 markets to support its subsidiary operations in complex legal agreements.
Etisalat Real Estate is currently able to help subsidiaries on projects which include office buildings, contact centres, data centers, telecommunications infrastructure, academic institutions and satellite gateways amongst others.
Etisalat Real Estate assigned an ISO project team which started work in October 2008. The implementation included a succession of processes from the initiation and preliminary work stage, passing through training, documentation and system implementation to reach the certification stage.
